Who is responsible
Solid Vibes is run by Stojanov Ventures. The full name and address are in theImpressum ↗. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
Visiting this site
The site is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). To deliver the page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, your browser and the time of the visit, and may keep it briefly in logs for security. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
There are no cookies. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't follow you to other sites. It records the page you opened, the site that sent you, your browser, the kind of device and your country. It shows us only totals. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how people find the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Joining the waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address to send you news about Solid Vibes, such as when Pro and Pro Plus open or sessions can be booked. We only do this with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
The waitlist runs on Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France). Brevo first sends you an email with a link. Only after you click it are you on the list.
We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can write to us. We never sell or share your address.
Sessions and audits
For a 1:1 session or an expert audit, you can invite us to your code repository with read-only access. We use it only to prepare that session or audit. Any copy we make is deleted after each session or audit. The access is removed after the session, or after the audit and its re-check.
The audit, and preparing a session, use Claude, an AI by Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, USA), which processes the code on our behalf, only for that audit or session. Anthropic is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic may keep what is sent to it for a short time and does not use it to train its models; see its privacy policy. We never pass your code to anyone else.
A repository's history can include collaborators' names and email addresses, taken from commits. We handle them like the code: read only to prepare the session or audit, never shared beyond Anthropic as processor, and deleted with the local copy. Only share a repository you are allowed to share. Please don't share a repository that holds personal data of your own users. The legal basis is our agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Booking and payment for sessions run on a booking service, named here when booking opens.
The showcase
If you email us about the showcase, we use your email only to reply and check the entry, and delete it after. The name and link you send are shown with your entry until you ask us to take them down.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit how we use it, or get a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect what happened before. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
